Research direction: (1) the yeast engineering (based on the function of yeast, such as the high tolerance yeast and yeast derivatives yeast products including breeding and improvement of technology and control technology, enzyme engineering, fermentation process optimization and technology);(2) the brewing engineering (aspergillus and yeast, lactic acid bacteria metabolism function of microorganism resources development, mining, production mechanism and its application technology);
3. The food biotechnology (fermented food process renovation and quality promotion, bioconversion of agricultural and sideline products and resources development, biological preservative food additive production and application of fermentation etc.)
